Serenbe, a renowned planned community in Atlanta, is dedicated to sustainability, wellness, and a profound connection to nature. Their real estate website serves as a crucial platform to showcase properties to potential residents and homebuyers. With the last site refresh dating back to 2014, Serenbe recognized the need for a visual and functional update. They sought a modern design that aligned with their values and allowed for easy content updates without developer intervention.

Problems we solve

Driven by the desire to maximize conversion rates for interested buyers and renters, Serenbe aimed to enhance user experience and provide access to up-to-date property information. They recognized the importance of a seamless online experience in attracting and retaining potential residents.

The Process

Sfera Studio, in collaboration with design partner Concept Theory, embarked on a comprehensive redesign and migration project for the Serenbe Real Estate website. The team leveraged Webflow for its advanced capabilities and flexibility, enabling a smooth transition and empowering Serenbe to manage their site independently. Wireframes provided by Concept Theory in Figma served as the foundation for development, ensuring alignment with Serenbe's vision.

Frontend development focused on translating wireframes into responsive Webflow designs, with meticulous testing and feedback cycles to ensure optimal performance across devices. Backend development involved researching and selecting the right tools, including Finsweet for custom multi-filter functionality, Memberstack for user authentication, and Pipedream for syncing user information with Salesforce CRM.

The Outcome

The updated Serenbe Real Estate website boasts a fresh, cohesive look that aligns with the broader Serenbe brand. It features enhanced functionality, including user account support, improved search and multi-filter capabilities, and seamless integration with Salesforce CRM. The migration to Webflow has empowered Serenbe to keep property information up-to-date independently, without the need for developer intervention.

The Impact

The new website has significantly improved the user experience for prospective residents, allowing them to easily discover and filter properties, save favorites, and book appointments directly through the platform. For the Serenbe team, managing and updating properties has become more efficient through Webflow's editor view. Additionally, the integration with Salesforce CRM provides valuable insights into user preferences and property interests, enabling Serenbe to tailor their offerings more effectively.

In conclusion, the collaboration between Serenbe, Concept Theory, and Sfera Studio has resulted in a successful website redesign that not only meets Serenbe's immediate needs but also sets a solid foundation for future growth and development.
